Build a new brand for a super-partnership of nine GP practices.
They had already settled on a name – Pier Health Group – but needed help with designing and implementing a brand identity across a variety of communications and platforms. The new brand identity had to work for a range of stakeholders, especially in a commercial space outside of their general GP practice audience.
As well as improving patient perception of healthcare provision in the Weston-super-Mare area, another important aim of the new brand is to attract new talent to the group and improve retention of existing staff.
The resulting work is both fresh and dynamic, setting the vision for the Group and establishing them as a forward-thinking organisation, who aren’t afraid to trial new methods and practices to enhance and improve patient outcomes.
The brand work delivers a coherent look across the group, whilst still allowing idnvidual surgeries to offer a personal and localised service to patients.
